GENESIS CONSULTANCY has created the website myteache.net.in hereinafter called and referred to as the service provider. There implies an implied an implied agreement for accessing to the contents of the website that the teacher and/or student or visitor has agreed to all terms and conditions as herein below :-

1.That any person who may be teacher or student intends to take service from the myteacherapp he/she would be paid Registration Fees @ Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred) only through online payment to the Service Provider i.e. My Teacher App along with G.S.T @18% (which should be paid directly to the competent authority vide G.S.T No. 19AHIPG4410B1ZW). PROVIDED that in no circumstances the aforesaid Registration Fees shall not be refundable.

2. That when the service provider send the phone number along with bio-data of any teacher to any student or guardian of student in that event the student and/or guardian is requested to check and verify the document of such teacher and after being satisfied with such teacher the student/guardian may engage such teacher on your personal responsibility and myteacherapp shall not liable for any unto wards incident.

3. That save and except the teacher-student relationship if any other relationship may be grow up in that event myteacherapp shall not responsible in any manner, what so ever.

4. The myteacherapp will only be responsible for providing Teacher/Student and shall not responsible for any kind of problem.

5. The monthly tuition fees/monthly remuneration of teacher shall be paid punctually within settled date of every month by the student and/or guardian to the teacher and teacher shall have every right to enjoy his remuneration and myteacherapp shall not claim any furthering there from.

6. myteacherapp shall not take responsibility of any personal incident . It shall be sole responsibility of Teacher/Student and guardian.

7.The student and Student’s parents shall have right to inspect valid certificates of the teacher providing by myteacherapp.

8.The contents of the website along with the software is copyright protected and any un unauthorized transmitting/coping or doing anything not expressly permitted shall invite legal liability.

9. For any dispute in any form shall between the myteacherapp and student and/or teacher for its website myteacher.net.in with the user account holder, the Courts established by laws and operating within the jurisdiction of the registered office of myteacher.net.in place shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try the matter of disputes. No other court through the world except the court situated at Kolkata, West Bengal, India will have the jurisdiction in its original capacity in entertaining the disputed matter (myteacher.net.in)
